Amanda Lacaze
Executive Chairman

Ms Lacaze is a principal of business consulting firm, MLC Consulting Pty Ltd. Prior to setting up this firm, Ms Lacaze worked for over twenty years in major Australian companies, including ten years experience in the telecommunications sector. Ms Lacaze was Chief Executive Officer of Internet Service Provider and online media company, AOL|7 Pty Ltd and before that, Managing Director of Marketing for Telstra’s Commercial & Consumer Division. While at Telstra, Ms Lacaze was responsible for all marketing to its residential and small business customers. Her early experience was in the manufacturing sector, at ICI and Nestle.

Valentina Josifovski
Non Executive Director

Ms Josifovski is a corporate lawyer specialising in tele- communications, technology, intellectual property and internet law. Ms Josifovski has worked in major law firms (Clayton Utz and Gilbert + Tobin), at the Australian Government Solicitor, in the corporate environment as a general counsel at AOL|7 and, more recently, as a legal, policy and legislative consultant to Primus Telecommunications Pty Limited and the Internet Industry Association. Currently Ms Josifovski is employed at a leading edge electronic systems design company, CEA Technologies Pty Ltd.

Shane Allan
Non Executive Director

Mr Allan is a broadly experienced senior executive in the telecommunications industry. He has served as CEO for Powertel Limited and also held senior positions as Director of Finance and Director of Corporate Services for Telstra. Mr Allan has also gained valuable financial experience as Finance Director with Davids, Computer Power Group, and Repco.

Mr Allan is also a non-executive director of ASX listed Bigair Group Ltd.
