Dwayne Jahnke CPA,
Chief Financial Officer

Dwayne T. Jahnke is the Chief Financial Officer of Orion and is responsible for all financial matters, including internal and external financial reporting, compliance and reporting for Orion and its subsidiary companies. Prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer of Orion, Mr Jahnke was the Controller for New Access Communications LLC, a competitive local exchange carrier with operations in the United States, since June 2001.
Mr Jahnke is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the United States and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mr Jahnke is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Mankato, with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and has worked for a large regional and local CPA firm for eight years prior to his position at New Access.
